Finally, a mat that stays put during my vinyasa flows – the natural rubber grip is a game-changer on hardwood floors. It’s also surprisingly thick and cushioned for a non-slip surface, making knee poses comfortable.

I’ve been using this mat for my morning flow and the non-slip grip is a game changer—even when I start sweating. The natural rubber has just the right amount of cushion without feeling too thick.

The natural rubber surface gives me just the right grip during downward dog, even when I’m sweating through a hot flow. It’s also impressively quiet—no squeaking or sliding on the studio floor. Feels like a solid upgrade from my old mat.
