Yoga mat Magic Carpet

Our Magic Carpet yoga mat is inspired by the beauty of the Orient and the legend of the flying carpet. With a deep red colouring, our variation of Persian tribal patterns in gold take you all the way to the Middle East and its magical myths and tales.

It is believed that the legendary Queen of Sheba had a magic carpet made by one of her royal alchemists for King Solomon as a token of her love. It was originally made of silk, and was embroidered with gold and silver, as well as studded with precious stones. It symbolizes the power of its master. King Solomon was one of the most powerful Jewish kings and it is believed that thanks to the magic powers of his flying carpet, he was able to travel vast distances and transport armies of up to 40,000 soldiers.

Timothy ★★★★★

The deep red pattern is so much richer in person than the photos showed, and the natural rubber surface gives me total confidence even in downward dog. I've had it for two weeks and it still looks brand new after every session.

Emma ★★★★★

I was a bit worried about the grip on a natural rubber mat, but it's really non-slip even during sweaty hot yoga. The Persian pattern is a nice bonus too.

Michael ★★★★★

The deep red pattern is so beautiful that I actually look forward to unrolling it, and it stays firmly planted on the hardwood floor even during a fast vinyasa. The natural rubber grip gives me confidence in downward dog without slipping an inch, which is a game-changer for my practice.
