Travel yoga & gym mat ILLUMINATION light and foldable

Travel yoga & gym mat Illumination

The Illumination travel yoga mat (also perfect as a gym mat) pattern is inspired by the concept of the Third Eye, also called the inner eye. In Hinduism, it is believed that it relates to the sixth chakra and the pineal gland. It is one of the main energy centers of the body. It is believed that the third eye allows you to see beyond ordinary sight. That it is a gate that leads to our inner realms and the state of higher consciousness. Meditation and focus on the inner eye enables tuning into and resonating with the harmonic frequencies of the Universe, while the opening of the third eye leads to the sharpening of intuition, achieving higher awareness and connecting with the universal consciousness. The Hand of Fatima is an ancient talisman symbolising feminine power. It is used as a defense against negative energy as it is believed to deflect the gaze of the evil eye, as well as channel the forces of good, promote healing and foster miracles.

The beautiful pattern brings concepts of mystery, rituals and mysticism. The spiritual, yet modern, design is extremely elegant. The travel yoga mat looks great in every space and its spiritual concept will help you get into the mood during meditation.
