Yoga & meditation mist GLOW UP

The lemon and rosemary in this make my living room smell like a garden instead of the candle aisle at a store. I spritz it on my mat before stretching and it's dry in seconds, no sticky residue. Honestly the verbena keeps me coming back more than the "glow up" name does.

I keep this little 30 ml bottle on my mat and two sprays before a session really shifts the room — the lemon and rosemary wake me up without that fake perfume smell. It's 100% natural too, which I care about since I'm breathing it in so close.
